Truffles

October is the season for  truffle hunting White Truffles are considered White Gold and sell for 2000 Euro per Kilogram.  It was quite insightful to learn all that is involved in the truffle.  I had an opportunity to go with “trifalau” or truffle hunters.  Our Host was la Tartufaia and the hunt was a success!
