Cooking

Included in our week we were given cooking lessons from Chef Gino, We made our dinner and started preparing the meal for the evening promptly at 5:00 PM.

All of the food we prepared was from the region of Piedmont if it was not produced there it was not included in any of the dishes we prepared. On this page you will see examples of some of the dishes we  we made. YUM!!
